AUDITIONS – SEPTEMBER 8th

Please fill out your audition form (Nutcracker Agreement) and submit audition fee to Santa Cruz Dance Guild ahead of time and submit via email on-line to save time on audition day! To finalize your audition and confirm your place on audition day, you will receive an Invoice for the $20 audition fee. You can also pay on the day of the audition.

*Please note that items 1-4 can be completed ahead of time on-line instead of in line. The volunteer form is part of the Nutcracker Agreement, as well as setting up the production bundle.
Setting up the production bundle can be confusing, as the Santa Cruz Dance Guild is a separate organization and cannot use IAD accounts to process payments. As a result, SCDG is not able to use credit cards on file for IAD for audition fee or production bundle. Please contact Lana in the IAD office, as she is organizing these payments for SCDG. All dancers will receive an invoice prior to casting for the bundle. Bundle must be paid in full or a payment plan set-up by 9/13 in order to finalize casting.
Only dancers arriving early, with paperwork in order, measurements & headshot taken will be allowed to audition. It is recommended that dancers are warmed up and calm prior to auditions. Please allow ample time.
